What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company or clan, enquiry type, message, consent time, a one-way hash of your IP address for abuse prevention, and limited technical request information such as browser user agent. We do not intentionally collect wallet credentials, precise location, payment details, or special-category personal data through this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and continue a discussion you requested.
- To evaluate player, partner, press, collaboration, and investment interest.
- To prevent spam, fraud, and misuse and to keep an auditable support record.
- To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims when necessary.
Our legal basis is your consent for the submitted enquiry and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding, protecting the service, and managing business communications. You may withdraw consent, but this does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Storage, recipients, and transfers
Contact messages are handled through our website hosting, database, and company email services. Cloudflare Turnstile processes browser, device, network, and challenge information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse before a message is accepted. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to people who need it for the enquiry or site operations. Service providers may process data under their own security and contractual safeguards. We do not sell contact-form data.
We currently intend to keep ordinary enquiries for no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless law, an active agreement, security investigation, or legal claim requires longer retention. Spam and abuse indicators may be retained separately where necessary.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. Contact info@nfterra.yasa.fi. You may also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
Cookies and analytics
This release uses a strictly necessary session cookie for contact-form security and rate limiting, plus Cloudflare Turnstile for bot and abuse prevention. Turnstile is used for security rather than advertising or audience analytics. We have not enabled advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this notice and consent controls must be updated before deployment.
Future game data
A geolocation game can involve sensitive movement, device, anti-cheat, account, wallet, marketplace, and safety data. The game is not live. Before testing, NFTerra must define data minimisation, retention, child safety, lawful bases, player controls, processors, international transfers, breach response, and a formal data-protection impact assessment.
